The dealership kept pushing back the timeframe of the repair. Part was supposed to be delivered weeks ago but did not arrive on time. Did not have vehicle for Christmas or New Year's. Terrible communication, organization and overall experience. I was given an appointment to come check out the vehicle and when I arrived, the truck was at a different lot under Classic’s ownership 3 experience. I was given an appointment to come check out the vehicle and when I arrived, the truck was at a different lot under Classic’s ownership 30 minutes away (I had already driven 25 minutes to get to this dealership). On the way to the correct dealership to see the truck, I was told I couldn’t get an “out the door” price as the truck was still in service. When I asked why I couldn’t get a price, I was told that they hadn’t come up with the totals for the required dealer add-ons such as “protection plan” and LOJAK. I politely requested to not have any additional add-ons and was told they were required. When I told them to have a nice day and I would be taking my business elsewhere, they responded “well let me talk to the director and see what we can do”. I’ve since heard from them two or three times, and these salespeople are just cold calling with zero knowledge of what happened and no effort to find out. Would NOT recommend. More
