Seems like there was confusion this time. Had oil changed (made appoint) but still waited over an hour. I asked cashier behind window if multi point check was done and she confidently said ye Had oil changed (made appoint) but still waited over an hour. I asked cashier behind window if multi point check was done and she confidently said yes. Then I asked Carlos if the multi point check was done and he said it should be but let me check. Then got interrupted by arriving customer, he told me to wait 5 min. then he said his computed is spinning & doesn't know and will email me with response. Anyway, he never did. Not a real big deal but everyone seemed uncaring More

My repair shop took my car to the dealership, with an issue that they could not resolve, so, I had no contact with anyone at the dealership. They had to contact the Detroit office to resolve the computer issue that they could not resolve, so, I had no contact with anyone at the dealership. They had to contact the Detroit office to resolve the computer problem. As far as I know, there were many hours spent on resolving the issue! I am impressed with their diligence in resolving the problem!! I cannot rate some of the below categories because I never had contact with the dealership. More
