I called in on Monday and spoke with Kim at the service department after asking a few questions about the vehicle, she was able to schedule me right away for a Wednesday morning appointment. Once I got there on Wednesday, someone greeted us at the line going into the service department and directed us to where we needed to go. Inside the service area counter, several representatives were available. Bryon was the one that assisted me, he was very pleasant to work with. He got the details about my car and informed me where the waiting room was. Half an hour later, the service was done! More

Joe Vizzi handled the transaction from my initial online inquiry until I drove off the lot that same day. He was very responsive to emails and phone calls. I appreciated that he was able to email me exact upfront pricing including ALL taxes and fees so there were NO surprises once at the dealership. No "bait and switch" here!
