I bought my 2009 FIT from Clinton Honda and just gave it to my husband. The car is still fantastic! I am now leasing a 2015 FIT and after a few days, I still LOVE the FIT brand of car! Rachel was a pleasure to deal with. She has the right balance of nice, intelligent and knowledgeable. I also want to give kudos to Judy Meier, the Finance expert. She, too, has a great balance of intelligence and strong interpersonal skills. I am really glad that I went back to Clinton Honda. I was very specific in my communication with Bill with what I wanted to do in terms of the purchase, my trade, and even time in the dealership. Bill replied very promptly and it was clear that he understood what I wanted. He introduced me to Bill Butler who showed me the cars I wanted to look at and worked out the specifics of the deal. My experience with both of these men was very good. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make a deal. There was no misinformation, no attempts at deception, and there was no attempt to sell me something that I didn’t want. Judy helped out with the finance specifics and was also very helpful. Overall, everyone was polite, professional, and pleasant to work with. Yesterday, they earned a lifetime customer, and I will be recommending this dealership to my friends. More
