I had lots of questions over the week or so that the process took, and Joe was always patient and helpful. Today I picked up the new car, and Joe took plenty of time to make sure I understood how to use the many features. Judy helped me with the business part of the transaction, and was also very helpful in making sure I made the best choice with financing vs size of down payment. This dealership is great. Very nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend them. More

Excellent buying experience I had a very positive shopping experience at Clinton Honda. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by the receptionists and were helped within I had a very positive shopping experience at Clinton Honda. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by the receptionists and were helped within a few minutes by Scott Dysart, who assisted us in getting a base model Civic to test drive. The route for the test drive was beautiful and provided a good mix of highway and country road driving. Scott answered any questions we had regarding the vehicle. We had a very enjoyable and fruitful negotiation with Scott and sales manager Alex Gelfand who was also very helpful in the process. The next day, I bought the Civic which was cleaned and prepped by the time all of the paperwork was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. One of the most remarkable experience I ever had! After much research on the computer and visiting many dealerships,I was drawn to annandale honda because of a car I had seen on the lot. I met dan wol After much research on the computer and visiting many dealerships,I was drawn to annandale honda because of a car I had seen on the lot. I met dan wolf who so politely asked some questions and pleasantly helped me select two or three cars that would be right for my needs and budget. I am a widow and was on my own to make such an important purchase. I wanted to trade in my element 2005. When suddenly a big problem came up regarding the car fax! The odometer was wrong and there was no proof of the true mileage! So now my car value was next to nothing and I was so upset to think the used car dealer I had bought it from in the past put one over on me! What could I do? Dan wolf helped me find the guy and the dealer who did this. He called them and explained what was going on . He had them take responsibility and they wound up buying the car back that very day! Dan drove me to the dealers about half hour ride and stayed with me during the dealing. He helped me clean out my car and drove me back to honda. He then went threw all the steps so I could buy the car I wanted. It took hours but he straightened it all out! I felt so happy and confident in him! He went wAy beyond his call of duty! He is an incredible person and I will never forget him. I will be telling this experience to everyone I know! I would never go anywhere else to shop for a car! He said "let me check and I see there is a couple out there". I explained that I purchased my last car at Clinton Honda in 2003. I didn't hear the usual banter; "this vehicle is really hard to find; "probably none around"; "this is going to take 6 weeks at least..." all phrases I've heard before. Charlie and I discussed the color, he found one, I left a deposit - done deal. Two phone calls - I picked up my beautiful silver LX manual last night. I highly recommend working with Charlie Bippart - quick, precise, and pleasant - a perfect rep. More

I stopped into the dealership the Saturday before Christmas to just take a peek at the Pilot and the Odyssey. After talking to my wife that evening, we decided to compare prices online with a few different dealerships. On Monday I spoke with Roman and he was able to work with us on the price in a no-nonsense fashion. Since Clinton Honda is only a five minute drive from our home, going with them was a no-brainer. But to Roman's credit, I felt very comfortable dealing with him and didn't feel any pressure along the way. Based on the location, price and staff, I would definitely recommend Clinton Honda. More

I felt he was a straight talker and easy to deal with. I actually received a better price at another dealer, but went with Jim at Clinton Honda because I wanted a dealership that I would be comfortable dealing with in the future. Buying from a less reputable dealership to save a few dollars has no value to me. This has proven to be true as I needed to bring my car into Clinton Honda Service for a tire adjustment and the experience was excellent. Although I don't look forward to service calls, based on my experience thus far, I expect that my future dealings with Clinton Honda will be just as good. Thank you. Suzanne More
