I have always had a good experience with the service department and was hoping the sales department would be equally pleasurable to deal with. Charlie Bippart was our salesman, and he did not disappoint!! Charlie Bippart was the nicest salesman we have ever met. He patiently brought many different cars out on a Saturday afternoon as I tried to decide if I wanted a CRV or an Accord. Once I narrowed the choice to an Accord, we went through several more cars to examine the different levels. About 5-6 weeks went by before I could find the time to make my final purchase. Charlie had sent us a simple follow up email, but did not inundate our inbox with a daily email. Once we were ready to purchase, we sat with Charlie sat and quickly came to an agreement on a price that was reasonable and fair. It was even a few hundred more than another online offer I had received, but I was happy to give my business to Charlie and my local Honda dealer! Charlie completed our deal smoothly and had everything ready to go for our pick up. He gave an excellent tutorial of all the bells and whistles, setting me up with enough information to drive, but not overwhelming with all of the features this new car has!!
