My experience with Coastal Kia was very good. Ethan, the salesperson I worked with, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Coastal Kia service dept appt went very well. I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it I had a scheduled appt ... when i arrived, they took car of my car right away and told me everything that they were going to test for and how long it would take. Exactly to the minute, they were finished, reported their findings and i was on my way. What a pleasant experience with a service dept! More

The work done is fine, but the waiting area WIFI is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! I have to take time to go to the service center and usually spend my time working while waiting on my car. The internet is SO BA COMPLETELY UNUSABLE! I have to take time to go to the service center and usually spend my time working while waiting on my car. The internet is SO BAD (it seems like it only gives you access for 3 seconds at a time, causing pretty much ANY remote work to come to a grinding halt, if you can even get started!). Next time I'll ask to be shuttled to a Starbucks! More

From the phone call to schedule a major maintenance, to working through needed questions - and getting quality responses to a good explanation of all the items to cover- Gary was the person to do it all. I moved to N. C. 2 years ago and was looking for a reliable and honest service center to service my 2025 Kia-K5 and my wife's 2018 Mercedes CLA 250. I serviced my K C. 2 years ago and was looking for a reliable and honest service center to service my 2025 Kia-K5 and my wife's 2018 Mercedes CLA 250. I serviced my Kia at Coastal for normal new car warranty service and even though they didn't sell me my car, they welcomed me with open arms and did exemplary work. I then asked if they would service my wife's car for an oil change and tire rotation which they did at a fair and reasonable price...less that the Mercedes dealer would have done. I trust them and will continue to have both vehicles serviced there and recommend them to my neighbors here in Leland. More
