They were very difficult to communicate with they wouldn’t tell me how much an oil change cost when I was on the phone with them and just kept saying don’t worry we’ll take care of you, which is not wouldn’t tell me how much an oil change cost when I was on the phone with them and just kept saying don’t worry we’ll take care of you, which is not an answer and not a number and not helpful. they’re generally overpriced and very slow and difficult to communicate with the only reason I went is because they emailed me a discount in the email for an oil change tire rotation for 5995 extra for synthetic and they wouldn’t tell me how much extra I had to call back and pretend I was someone else and asked them their price for a synthetic oil change to find out that it’s $20 more and that’s just ridiculous that I should’ve had to do that. They also wanted to charge me $40 to have the wheels balanced even though they didn’t need it and it’s a brand new car. They also used to include the tire rotation for free with your oil change if you bought the car there and I traded my car in after only a year and all of a sudden they said they don’t do that anymore so I was gonna stop going there, but they sent me a coupon for an oil change entire rotation for $59.95 synthetic extra so that’s the only reason that I came and gave them another chance More
Steve was very helpful and made the process so smooth and not stressful at all for me. I love Coastal Kia. I have been going there over 15 years. I have owned other vehicles over the years, but none as reliable as my Kia Rio. If I hadn't had an accident I have been going there over 15 years. I have owned other vehicles over the years, but none as reliable as my Kia Rio. If I hadn't had an accident two Octobers ago, I would still be driving my 2010. Now I am driving my 2024 Kia Rio and I live it. Over the years Sam and Bob Tomlin have kept my cars in great condition. I have dealt with shady mechanics, especially at all the Saturn dealerships in Nashville, TN and Richmond, VA as well as con artist mechanics with no real affiliation and I can tell you that the Kia dealership has the most honest people anywhere. Being an older woman, I have met my share and have had negative experiences, but never once at Coastal Kia in all these years. More
