Recall after recall Kia made appointment and didn’t have the part! I made an appointment for another recall. I arrive at 7:30 and I am told it will be 10:00 when the recall is complete. At 9:15 a guy call the part! I made an appointment for another recall. I arrive at 7:30 and I am told it will be 10:00 when the recall is complete. At 9:15 a guy calls my name and informs me they are finished. But, they didn’t have the recall part (on order). He says they will call me and schedule an appointment when they have the part. What the xxxx! Why make the appointment if you don’t have the part. Three weeks later, NO CALL More

I visited the Jacksonville, NC KIA dealership prior to going to Coastal KIA, and the difference between the two dealerships was night and day. I stood around for about 10 minutes at Jacksonville before a going to Coastal KIA, and the difference between the two dealerships was night and day.
