We brought our Kia Sorrento in for it's annual service. For some reason when my husband scheduled it online it didn't make it to the dealership. We showed up for the appointment at the appropriate time b For some reason when my husband scheduled it online it didn't make it to the dealership. We showed up for the appointment at the appropriate time but were told we weren't listed on the schedule. Thankfully Sam whom we have delt with many times said, no problem he would work us in. Thankfully we were able to get the service needed and as always were very happy to have someone go out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. More
