Adrain was outstanding! !! He was very courteous respectful, and knowledgeable of the different models. When the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, Adrain, remembered a de !! When the vehicle we wanted was not on the lot, Adrain, remembered a delivery truck had arrived the night before with a load of cars. He excused himself for several minutes and then drove up with the model we wanted!! It had not even gone through the in processing process.!!!we were very happy! I had my Kia in for various recalls for the 2013 shortage. Staff were polite friendly and most of all gave me all the information as to what was going to be addressed.
