I bought a Kia last October. I love it. In July, it began to have some trouble. I called the service department for help. They were amazing. The car had to be towed in. In a day I love it. In July, it began to have some trouble. I called the service department for help. They were amazing. The car had to be towed in. In a day or so, I received a videotaped inspection. Next, a phone call telling me that the car would need a new engine. Then he told me that it was completely covered! I got my car back in a week from that call. They couldn't have been nicer. All those terrible things you hear about the dealership service area are not true at Coastal Kia. I can't say enough good things about the people who work there. Bravo, Coastal Kia! By the way, my car rides like a dream. Thank you! More
