Oil change I took my 2019 Sorento in for its first oil change. The service guy was very pleasant as usual. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Financial While completing paper work, with M. Mascavage, was informed my personalized plate could not be transferred, upon returning for scheduled pick up the While completing paper work, with M. Mascavage, was informed my personalized plate could not be transferred, upon returning for scheduled pick up the next day new plate was not ready which was done quickly. Visited NCDMV a few days later and was informed plate could have been transferred at dealership. We are going to keep our original plate. I feel this could have been accomplished at dealers and saved me 2 trips to DMV plus fees. My,salesman ,Steve Kramer was very helpful in all aspects of purchase and I I would return to him in the future. More
