Extremely excellent service We went in expecting to be told no due to low down payment and past credit issues and at most we expected a used car. Steve Kramer asked which we would like if approved and we test drove it, brand new 2020 soul with 16 miles on it. In a very short time with no hair pulling or haggling or normal “car dealer” experiences we drove home with that very car!!! Mike in finance was a pure joy to work with. Right when we walked in everyone was so friendly, the manager said “you want that car? We will put you in that car today”! He didn’t lie! It didn’t take long, from walking in to driving home all I can say is I love Kia anyway, love the new car and when it’s time to buy again I won’t be going anywhere but to costal Kia in Wilmington nc. They made buying a car more like a walk in the park. Over many years we’ve had to go thru excruciating experiences just to get a 5 yr old car elsewhere. Never again! These guys even if they would’ve said no, we don’t qualify, they were so friendly I just wanted to take them all to dinner! :) More

I went to try...and decided to buy In my search for a new car I had narrowed my choices to Honda, Masda, and Kia. I did my research and although I was leaning towards the Honda the interior of the Kia Optima was much more plush and comfortable -and being short I was still able to see very well from the driver's seat. Also, the salesman, KLEVIN SWINSON took his time explaining all the questions I had...and I had a lot. . Just as important, it was my car purchase not my husband's and I felt a nice level of respect for me as the purchaser. (Other dealerships had salesman who talked to my husband instead of me...A+ to Kelvin's woman friendly treatment) I actually came to try the Soul and bought an Optima the same afternoon...amazing...thank you More
