Great experience I went in with a monthly payment in mind. Basically told the salesman, Jason Stone, that I wasn't going to go any higher than that, I wasn't in a rus I went in with a monthly payment in mind. Basically told the salesman, Jason Stone, that I wasn't going to go any higher than that, I wasn't in a rush to buy a car, so if he couldnt do it I would be walking...lol. The first offer was good enough. I also got a great warranty (for alittle more). I drive ALOT so the standard warranty always runs out. I got the 72 month/unlimited miles. I'm so gonna need that if anything happens. Well worth checking them out. More

Warranty work on KIA Sorento I've been to quite a few dealerships over the 60 years I've owned various vehicles, and Coastal KIA is an absolute bright light. The service consultan I've been to quite a few dealerships over the 60 years I've owned various vehicles, and Coastal KIA is an absolute bright light. The service consultant that I was fortunate enough to be assigned was Howard Ramsey and he was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. We were in a situation with our car that involved the engine, and a determination if it was a warranty covered issue. We were on a scheduled flight to the west coast the next morning, so had to leave the car in Mr. Ramsey's care. Further we would not be back on the east coast for three weeks, again Mr. Ramsey saved the day for us by quickly determining that the car was under warranty, and that they would not only repair the engine but complete some needed maintenance on the car and keep the car at the facility until we returned. I cannot thank Howard Ramsey enough for his above and beyond efforts on our behalf as well as to the folks at Coastal KIA for allowing this type of assistance by their employees. Many Thanks More

From my main contact person Sam, Bob and now Howard you can rest easy knowing all things are being taken care of to your satisfaction. From greeting you at your car to waiting in an all amenities provided while you wait (or Billy the courteous driver taking you where you need to go) to walking your to your car, it all excellent. Even though I try walking out with my credit card slip (the one they keep 😉) they do not treat you like a thief. Just kinda knock you around a little leaving no visible signs of abuse. And who doesn’t need a good slap after napping in their comfortable waiting area! THEY ARE GREAT! More

Definitely the best Coastal Kia's Service Department has the best customer service, the best waiting area, the best people, and it is so easy to see that they truly want Coastal Kia's Service Department has the best customer service, the best waiting area, the best people, and it is so easy to see that they truly want to make you a lifelong customer. They stick to appointment times and do their best to get your car finished in a timely manner. They don't try to sell you things you don't really need and are honest about what is necessary, what can wait just a bit and what not to put off. They're not pushy and are super helpful and willing to answer any questions you may have. I can't recommend them highly enough! More
