Howard confirmed the services I was to be receiving and asked if I'd be hanging out or needed shuttle service. Kelly chatted while shuttling me to shopping center. Howard called to check on a couple things and to let me know the status of diagnostics performed to see if I wanted any additional work, I didn't at the time but it was nice that they advised me of the issue so I'm not caught off guard if something arises. Kelly picked me back up after service was completed, took me back to pick up my cleaner, better stopping, well serviced vehicle. As usual, I'll mention price factor (always more than I WANT to pay), but I still take it right back to them if that tells you anything. More

They found that my brake fluid and battery were both going bad and informed me without making me feel pressured into getting these things fixed immediately. I did end up fixing them but it was nice to not feel backed into a corner. Their car service was also wonderful and convenient so I did not have to stay and wait for my car to be finished. More
