car purchase We had a new salesperson, Jason and good. We spent 3 hours in lobby to purchase a Kia Sorento, and VERY dissapointed that the Manager, Pat K walked by We had a new salesperson, Jason and good. We spent 3 hours in lobby to purchase a Kia Sorento, and VERY dissapointed that the Manager, Pat K walked by several times without saying hello, Thank you or any other kind of customer service, and the lobby being empty most of the time. We had to ask for a bottle of water since we were there forever making the purchase. Follow up on purchase was weak. Had to return car to service department the next day because the roof would not close. Service department excellent. More

repair work I was very pleased with the care my boyfriend and I received by the service department. They were nice enough to keep the car a few extra days for us I was very pleased with the care my boyfriend and I received by the service department. They were nice enough to keep the car a few extra days for us once repairs were completed. Howard kept us informed of the process. When we went to pick the car up Howard was not there but we were assisted by Bob Tomlin. He was very helpful. I asked about the new Sunbit loan for repairs that I received and he took the time out of his busy day to figure it out for me and was a learning process for him also. Only negative was that the alignment is worse than it was prior to having the work done. More
