Always amazing I am really sad...I’m sad that I have to move and this place will no longer be my place to go get my car serviced. Sam Weisman (Service Cnsultant) was excellent!... but Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take car Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take care of the many service customers during my visit. Also because of the customer volume and apparent lack of service personnel, it took two hours to get a simple oil change and car wash. The customer care attitude was strong, but overall capacity needs fortifying. More
