Tyler took me for a test drive and I really really liked the soul s. Tyler didn't try to push me coax me in any direction, refreshing for sales, no hurry because I was their for about 4 hours maybe 5, none the less everyone held up with my questions looking at different models until I decided on the soul s. at time of making a decision on buying I probably got a bit feisty about price, percentage rate, and here comes Mr. Koballa asking if he could help and he did 4 people at the big counter talking rates and price and they came up with a solution and showed me what he could do and we made the deal working with finance mgr at this point Mr. McDonald even put me at ease with this process and this process is necessary and he covered all the bases which left me with no questions.. usually sometimes you leave a dealership with did I get a good deal I had no doubt that I got a good deal AND MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE. THIS PROCESS WAS SEAMLESS AND I REALLY ENJOYED MY TIME AT COASTAL KIA . THANKS PAT!!! TYLER!!!!
