I had inquired about a used car online a few weeks before I was actually ready to purchase ( waiting on my tax refund). He called me once and I explained I was waiting for my refund and asked if he could call me back in a few weeks. He did just that, unlike other sales people (different dealerships)who called or emailed at rate that was very annoying. So when I finally had the time to stop in late on a Saturday expecting to just look around, he sold me a car that afternoon. He wasn’t pushy. Greatly appreciated. He got my business. There was no pressure from Mr Kelvin Swinson,a friendly down to earth gentleman, to purchase a vehicle. He was very helpful in helping me select which vehicle and color I wanted as he understood I wanted a color that stood out. The gentleman in the finance department,I forget his name, was very helpful in finding me a loan that was within my budget and with a decent interest rate. I definitely will return to this dealership when it is time to purchase another KIA. More
