Awesome and Efficient I was greeted and checked in immediately upon my arrival. I was there less than an hour and because it was the first service on my newly purchased veh I was greeted and checked in immediately upon my arrival. I was there less than an hour and because it was the first service on my newly purchased vehicle, the oil change was on the house! A pleasant surprise! I've never had an issue with service on my Kia (this is my second one), but its clear to see that everyone has upped their game. More

Overall great experience Kevin West was great to work with and was able to get me the car that I wanted at a price that fit my budget. Not only did he help me to figure out which car best suited my needs but he also helped to resolve concerns that I had during the process. Haywood was also helpful during the final part of the sale. I will, however, say that one of the guys in the tower made a comment that could be heard throughout the office that was NOT appropriate and had Kevin not been as awesome as he was in getting me what I wanted in information, car and price I would probably have walked out.
