This is my 1st time at a Kia dealership and it was an excellent experience for me. 1) Starting with the appointment and notifications and confirmation-all implemented from the vehicle, excellent! 2) A excellent experience for me. 1) Starting with the appointment and notifications and confirmation-all implemented from the vehicle, excellent! 2) Appointment was efficient and organized and completed successfully. We were proactively offered a wheel alignment, that was necessary. Since we just put new tires on the vehicle earlier last month. 3) There is an opportunity here: Our AC unit is not working but no one offered to service that at this time. More

We do not live in Wilmington but our granddaughter is in school at UNCW. We called Joseph Quinlan and explained what was wrong with our Soul. Jospeh handled everything for us and kept us informed.
