My 2015 Kia Soul needed a major service. Being form the Wilmington area, I had my Kia towed from a Raleigh area Kia dealership to Coastal Kia. They repaired my Kia, and after a minor adju Being form the Wilmington area, I had my Kia towed from a Raleigh area Kia dealership to Coastal Kia. They repaired my Kia, and after a minor adjustment, my Kia now runs great. The staff in the service department are great, professional, prompt, and courteous. Thank you again John, Bob, and Sam. More

I had my 2021 K5 serviced on 3/3 . Joe Quinlan was excellent. Dropped off My car at 8:15. Joe told it would be about 2 1:2 hours for the service. He offered me a shuttle ride anywher Joe Quinlan was excellent. Dropped off My car at 8:15. Joe told it would be about 2 1:2 hours for the service. He offered me a shuttle ride anywhere in Wilmington, NC. I got dropped off at the cigar lounge Davis & Sons on Oleander Dr. Happily I got a call before 10am telling me my car was done. The shuttle came back to get me in less than 5 minutes. The whole experience was great. Joe Quinlan was great.He went over everything that was done very thoroughly. Joe is very knowledgeable and is an asset to Coastal Kia.. 5 Star rating for Joe Quinlan and the shuttle driver Dave. Great job today at Coastal Kia service dept. Great job Joe Q. My sorento had a squeal with the brakes from a local repair shop. They couldn't stop the noise. Mr Howard Ramsey at Kia helped get it resolved.
