Had mice lodged in our air duct. Issue resolved and doors were eliminated.Bob Tomlin is a great guy to deal with. Always professional and explains what issues are without talking down to me like most mechanics. I can make appointments and they are waiting when I get there. The service department was exemplary as they were on Cape Cod. The only reason I dinged them a star was the vehicles for sale had a $1995 add on sticker which I vowed years ago would prevent me from using a Cod. Developed issues with my tire pressure on three of my vehicle tires. As my trip to Wilmington took 10hours (moving to area from NJ) I was very concerned with my return to NJ. Coastal Kia was courteous vehicle tires. As my trip to Wilmington took 10hours (moving to area from NJ) I was very concerned with my return to NJ. Coastal Kia was courteous and made arrangements for an emergency appointment to replace all three tires. Service was fast, reasonably prices and the Service Manager could not be more accommodating.
