We made the switch to Coastal Kia in Wilmington, NC for our service needs after having numerous bad experiences at Myrtle Beach Kia in SC. Coastal Kia was able to correct shoddy work performed at Myrtle B our service needs after having numerous bad experiences at Myrtle Beach Kia in SC. Coastal Kia was able to correct shoddy work performed at Myrtle Beach Kia. I kept smelling gas in my vehicle after a fuel tank repair. I mentioned this numerous times over the year to Myrtle Beach Kia and they always had an excuse. I took it to Coastal Kia and they saw where the fuel tank o ring was faulty and gas was literally spilling out every time I filled up the tank. Coastal ordered the correct part and fixed it within a week's time. This could have been a deadly situation that Myrtle Beach Kia totally ignored. Howard Ramsey was great! I have also had wonderful experiences with Bob Tomlin. More

The staff are super friendly. They are professional and courteous. The service techs are thorough and very experienced. The waiting areas and beverage center is well maintained.
