Howard is always helpful, thorough, and transparent with me in regards to what my car needs and the cost. I drive 2.5 hours to come to coastal kia as opposed to my local kia just because Howard has always t me in regards to what my car needs and the cost. I got excellent service when I took my car for its first oil change. Everyone was very professional and very nice. i am new to Wilmington and had an issue with my fuel door. Sam took care of me ; assured me that they would keep me informed the entire process. My car was ready within hours of dropping it off.
