We purchased a vehicle from a used car dealership that had several issues including airbag sensor malfunction and back windows not working. In the area for an extended time from KY, and took 2014 Soul in for recall and headlight issue. Facility is top notch and pristine. Howard Ramsey took excellent care of us. Howard is professional, knowledgeable and all associates encountered inside while we were waiting were also helpful and friendly. I had safety concerns with COVID and was so impressed that EVERYONE was wearing masks at all times, hand sanitizer was readily available, and restrooms sparkling. Snacks are important when waiting several hours--they were great too! I wish there was a dealer like this one in KY! More
