Excellent service! I called to schedule a re-call repair; Bob was able to fit me in almost immediately. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is not easy with the COVID 19 to be able to visit most places unless it is an emergency. At the KIA service and dealership/showroom, they have sanitizer and wipe with the COVID 19 to be able to visit most places unless it is an emergency. The sitting is appropriately distanced and they are still providing their customers with snacks, coffee, water, etc to make their wait a bit more comfortable.
