Creating my appointment for service online was very easy and fast. When I arrived for my service appointment I was greeted at my car by the service technician. I was kept informed and updated regularly whil and fast. When I arrived for my service appointment I was greeted at my car by the service technician. The waiting area was clean and welcoming, there were prominent signs displayed to confirm that they were following COVID-19 guidelines. I was offered a snack and drink twice by smiling employees who just happened through the waiting area. The service was very quick and the checkout process was friendly and fast as well. I received a complimentary car wash as well which was a nice bonus. I have never had any problems with the Service Department crew and I will continue to use them for all services. More

Had another great experience with Kia. Went to Coastal in Wilmington as a first timer, hoping to transfer our Sportage maintenance from our old hometown dealer, having moved to Calabash recently.
