Bob took great care of me when I really needed help. My family and I were on vacation from Charlotte when we discovered our alternator had failed. They successfully diagnosed the issue and fixed my vehicle in two days. I received great support and thorough communication from Bob in Service, Chris in Parts, and David the Shuttle Driver. I would recommend this shop to anyone in Wilmington and beyond. More
