McKenzie Williams was my service writer. She first told me that the service would take 3.5-4 hours. My appointment was at 10 am. My car wasn’t ready until 4:00. That is six hours. When I picked it up she tried to cover herself by saying she told me 4-6 hours. I do not like being lied to! I hope the next time I need to bring my car in I get another service writer. The service manager who checked me in told me my service would take a few hours. My car was ready in 45 minutes. He knew there were a lot of vehicles scheduled for service in the afternoon, so he put extra would take a few hours. My car was ready in 45 minutes.
