Once again the service dept proves its ineptitude. 15,000 service, tires rotated. Tire pressure should be 33 psi front and 30 rear and this is close to what it was when I brought it in. When I got the car back, the right front was 38, left front was 30, right rear was 26 and right rear was 33. How hard can it be to get the pressure correct? My advisor was fine but The reps that make the appointments don’t know what they’re doing. When I called to make my appointment I explained in detail the issues I was having. Then I got a text from the dealer that said I was a “no show” and did I want to reschedule the appointment! Very poor service. More
