Came in for an airbag recall, moon roof seal issue and infotainment system since Bluetooth will not connect. I was told about the airbag recall ahead of time but they didn’t order the parts till they had infotainment system since Bluetooth will not connect. I would had preferred since it was a recall that they would have just ordered the parts and then schedule me in. Instead of using a rental. Also I told them about my Bluetooth issues and it was on the invoice yet it’s still doesn’t work to this day. The Roof issue was fixed in adequate time. Service advisor was OK but I would have preferred more communication with us. I would have to call to check on the car or get updates them never not reaching out and letting me know what’s going on. Service advisor was OK but felt like they lacked empathy. I’m in the market for a second Car but now have my reservations about this dealership and Service not sure how I feel now about Toyota in general. Probably would not recommend this dealership after my experience. More
