Test drove with mechanic Daniel, for the front end noise and clunking. He was very unpleasant and seemed bothered that he was to work the issue I had. All he could say was he heard rattling noise in the bac and clunking. He was very unpleasant and seemed bothered that he was to work the issue I had. All he could say was he heard rattling noise in the back. I said forget the rattling noise in the back, it’s just some stuff in the cargo area but listen to the clunking and vibration in the front which I had no problem feeling and hearing from the passenger seat. I had all new suspension installed prior but the issue still was there. I believe when he saw the car had all new suspension there wasn’t an easy quick fix with new parts and a fast buck to be made so he just denied hearing or feeling the problem. Note, I’ve had other passengers and a friend drive the car and told me they could definitely feel and hear it too. I was not happy about the care and service. And if and when I was to bring my car back, I would request that mechanic not touch my vehicle. More
Bad communication from customer service. Ended up wasting a lot of my time. Oil change took an hour when I was told 30-35 minutes. Talk to receptionist June 19 about four/ five times. Connect me to service department each time and no one answered. No one bothered to pick up the phone.
