I asked for tire rotation and was not done. After leaving the repair center I checked the invoice, it did not mention tire rotation. So I called the representative who assisted me with my oil c After leaving the repair center I checked the invoice, it did not mention tire rotation. So I called the representative who assisted me with my oil change. He said you signed the paper which didn't mention tire rotation. My mistake, I didn't read the repair order. But I mentioned the first thing about the the tire rotation. He told me we'll do tire rotation and it was not done. Very disappointed. It takes my a long time to get to your place back and forth. I may have to think about using your service in the future. More

My service guy, Austin, listened to my description of the issue (weird fluttering/rattling noise coming from underneath, on the right side), did the paperwork, and sent me off to the waiting area (pretty com issue (weird fluttering/rattling noise coming from underneath, on the right side), did the paperwork, and sent me off to the waiting area (pretty comfy there, actually).
