Noticed the whole team appears to have changed over. However, unlike some places the quality did not suffer. Anthony was great taking care of my 2002 Tacoma. It is odd to see some porters do NOT know how to drive a manual. At my most recent visit only one knew how to drive a manual. It is a sign of the times so not a ding against them but if you have a manual you might want to ask before you head over for your appointment. Otherwise, like how Anthony looked up service history to see what was due and we went that route so none of that "do I really need that and did you event look silliness". He looked and saw what it was due so we knocked it out. Only thing costing a star was when i got home i had received emails and texts service and payment complete. Then I got a text my service was not complete and texted back if an error but did not ever hear from anyone again. More

Unfortunately I have witnessed a downturn in the level of customer service received at this location. I ised to bring all of my vehicles but now they only repair Toyotas which makes keeping up with mai tenan customer service received at this location. My advisor dis not appear to be interested in providing a positive customer experience nor dolid he really seem to care when I told him that I had a negative one. When I asked about repairing the latch on my trunk, the advisor didn't know that there was not a key entry for the trunk. Careless, unenthusiastic and unknowledgeable. More
