I am extremely disappointed with this location especially with the service manager Zach. I have brought in my vehicle many times about the same issue. At least 2 of those time, they told me they could not fi with the service manager Zach. I have brought in my vehicle many times about the same issue. At least 2 of those time, they told me they could not find the issue and nothing was wrong with my vehicle. Took it back another time and a service consultant insisted I get a wheel alignment to solve the issue. That didn’t sound right since the problem was coming from under the hood. Brought it back again for the same issue again but this time I was told it was my rotors and battery needed to be replaced. Hoping that was the issue because obviously these are “licensed mechanics” who are “trained and certified” to identify a problem, or so you would hope. That DID NOT correct the problem and by this time I have spent hundreds of dollars trusting what these people are telling is true. It actually caused more issues on my car. After getting my battery replaced, I drove back into their service station and told them the issue is still present. He called out his mechanic and he already had an attitude and was not trying to help. I told the manager I have to bring my vehicle back again because the issue isn’t resolved. He said because I have been there so much about the same thing, he would make sure the concern was addressed at no charge. Welp, I brought the vehicle back in. Apparently the issue with my Corolla is a KNOWN issue that these people should have known about. Why did it take 5 times and 5 different mechanics to really explain to me what was wrong? I was also told that the person who changed my battery should have caught it. The service manager gave me a hard time and said that I requested for all of those service to take place on my vehicle and he can prove it. Unless, it is my normal maintenance, I DO NOT KNOW A THING ABOUT CARS TO REQUEST SPECIFIC SERVICES!!! It’s ridiculous. He did not take accountability for his mechanics and multiple times I had to come in there for 1 issue and told many different things or none at all. Lastly, I was told I now have to come out of pocket AGAIN for another part that they THINK is the issue. Worst service I have ever received here. More
The air pressure in one tire was very high and one was low after the service. It's baffling how such a routine thing is messed up. The service department was helpful. But they couldn’t fix the problem which appeared right after maintenance they did on my car a week before. They sent us to collision center mentioned that something has gone wrong. At the collision center, the guy in charge of us, Justin, was very defensive and rude. Not only he was not helpful but also got very rude with my husband and dismissed our problem. Later on the manager , Brad, contacted us and admitted that they didn’t tighten a pole on the tires right and it had fallen off. He apologized for their mistake and that it was actually very dangerous to drive the car like that which was shaking a lot on the roads. I’d suggest you don’t let Justin be in direct contact with customers!! More

Was lied to multiple times by service advisor I picked up with. Told me I owed them for filters when I picked up however I had already bought them in the morning from parts. Advisor went to Vehicle to check and said they were already installed and I would have to be inconvenienced by returning the filters I bought in the morning for Their mistake. He told me to go to parts to figure out what their return policy on parts was when o did they told me there was nothing on the ticket and was not sure why I was being charged. Parts guy left to talk to advisor and when he came back he said everything was ok and to talk to the advisor. When I came back to the advisor he told me he checked and the filters in my car and they were my old ones and needed to be replaced soon and gave me my key. When I went out to my vehicle there was another guy messing with my glove box and I asked him what he was doing he said he putting the glove box Back in properly and I asked why. He said they put New filters in and I said that weird can the story has changed 3 times now so I asked to check the filters to which it appeared new filters were placed in my vehicle without my consent and because of their mistake they tried to make me pay for it. Afterwards I took the vehicle back to my mechanic and found they did not top off My fluids and left my coolant cap loose and open More
I was very pleased with the efficiency of the check in process and the service. The only reason I’m not giving a 5 is that the text message alert system didn’t work for some reason and I ended up waiting process and the service. I happened to ask when it would be ready, and then learned that the service had already been completed. More
