I scheduled an appointment online requesting specific things. Oil change, tire rotation and balance, check brakes. Told me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. Ok, no big deal. I waited. AND waited. I get a text asking me to meet my technician to discuss a few things. This is when I got extremely mad. I was told several more things that “could be” fixed on my car totaling close to $3,000. I asked for specific service so do NOT take my car apart looking for things that need to be fixed. The car is over 20 years old. Let it be. After I refused all of the additional requests, I was told it would only be about 30 more minutes. I spent FIVE hours at your dealership. Yes, FIVE FLIPPING hours when I should have been at work. I have been using this dealership for years and so do my family and friends. They will no longer be using your services. This was the WORST customer service experience I have had in a long time. I was visibly angry and frustrated, but no one there asked if they could help or anything. Where are your managers? Had I not been hours late to work, I would have found one. It could have all been avoided had your technicians just did what I asked and not try to push additional service on me. More
