Usually I love this dealership's service but this time something was "off." I came in for maintenance due - which was just a tire rotation. BUT, I told him I did not want to spend hours there, and asked how long it would take... he and I discussed what could be done and he said about an hour. Two hours later it was finally done! There were several others in the waiting room talking about their services taking longer than they were estimated as well. Maybe they were understaffed as they were not super slammed with guests (as far as I could tell). I know it is hard to gauge how long these things will take and I understand that but if your team does not have the band width to take on "extra" work, then I should not have been encouraged to get the "ahead of time" work done..
