Jeff Silver, my service advisor, is consistently the shining light in the service department. This time, the one issue I had was taken care of quickly and accurately. This level of transparency is rare to find these days. Costa was upfront about all costs and honest about what services were truly necessary versus what could wait. His clear explanations helped me make informed decisions without feeling pressured or confused.
