Cobb County Toyota - Service Center

Brought my car in for service, was charged a $90 diagnostic fee only to be told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. Brought it in a second time because I continued to receive alerts and was ag diagnostic fee only to be told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. So, I took the vehicle to another dealership in the area and turns out there is a significant issue with the electrical system that was easily found within an hour of servicing my vehicle. I will never return to Cobb Toyota. More

Service writer was great. Tech though did not complete service all the way, ie the oil change and tire rotation completely. Not really sure the oil was even changed at this point. More

Very disappointing service experience for my Toyota Tundra pickup! My vehicle oil change service was not executed correctly and when I brought the situation to the attention of the Service Manager - Tundra pickup!
