Great at the sale; Very poor at the follow through Initially I had planned on writing a positive review about our dealings with Jessica and the relatively newer salesperson working with her. I was inv Initially I had planned on writing a positive review about our dealings with Jessica and the relatively newer salesperson working with her. I was involved as a co signer. MANY times I made clear verbally and in completing the papers associated with the sale that I was the co signer. They did not care. Not only were there five hard inquiries on my credit in one month and two the following the month, after the sale, but I was listed as the owner of the car. So I kept receiving alerts from IDNotify and Credit Karma about the hard inquiries but thought that it was only one and maybe repetitions warnings... but oh no, VW and the South Hills office kept performing the hard inquiries. I specifically asked Jessica to stop them and yet they continued. So when I received the welcoming paperwork as a new VW owner I contacted Jessica and she did have it changed. But it should not have happened. Jessica was friendly and the price was good (notwithstanding a car that was recalled the day of our purchase) but no one listened or followed my request to be a co signer or to stop the hard inquiries on my credit. My credit has been impacted at a time when I am making a large purchase for my business and my faith in Cochran. They do not care about their clients nor do I have a secure feeling about the paperwork or their understanding of the paperwork. Furthermore I contacted the "chat with us" option and asked to have a supervisor name/contact info and they would not assist. I did not want to write a public review but also knew that I needed this to be addressed that so that future customers are not impacted negatively. The person at "chat with us" would not respond when I asked for a supervisor. More

Buyout lease with ease Trevor was a great help every step of the way. After the dealership I was working with closed, I was directed to his dealership. I decided to buy out my lease and really was lost with what I had to do and was concerned about over-paying. He was incredibly personable and made it easy and convenient to communicate back and forth. He assisted with every question I had and made me feel confident in the decision I was making, while providing me all the different options. Great people I originally asked about a Kia Forte which they kinda sold from under me but other than that the experience through them is great I didn’t have to dea I originally asked about a Kia Forte which they kinda sold from under me but other than that the experience through them is great I didn’t have to deal with any pressure salesman and when I went to look at another car they told me everything that was wrong and needed fixed which they did fix.
