Unfortunately, it was rather difficult to get the status of the vehicle repair this time. I understand that the service adviser was sick and out of the office, but I wished someone else would follow it up of the vehicle repair this time. I understand that the service adviser was sick and out of the office, but I wished someone else would follow it up in more timely manner. It took them 4 days to perform a simple car battery replacement. Also, they have not performed the tire rotation which was requested and paid for in my previous oil change appointment back in April. More
