I took my car in for two services; they performed only one but claimed that both had been completed. I asked if they were sure, and they said yes. When I picked up my car, I saw that the work hadn't been one but claimed that both had been completed. I asked if they were sure, and they said yes. When I picked up my car, I saw that the work hadn't been done; I asked them again if they were sure, and this time they said no. They were completely unprepared, They took my car back to the shop to finish the work. I wasn't charged for the service, but if I were someone without technical knowledge, I would have left with the car without the work having been done. More
