Friendly, fast, efficient I brought my car in for a minor recall. When I made the appointment, they told me that there was a possibility they might need a part, and recommende I brought my car in for a minor recall. When I made the appointment, they told me that there was a possibility they might need a part, and recommended a date several weeks into the future. A few days before my appointment, I called up the service dep't and verified the part was in (yes, it had just arrived). Brought the car in the day of the appointment, was in and out in 45 minutes! Two recommendations: (1) I shouldn't have to have called to verify the part was in, they should have called me (or notified me via the reminder email). (2) The service advisers and techs should be wearing masks/gloves when moving my car around. More
