I went in to look at a car I walked out the same day with my vehicle registered, insured and good to go. The buying process was very smooth and easy. Our salesman, Miguel, was friendly and professional. His low-pressure approach was refreshing -- not to mention the speed with which he had cars ready for us to test drive. We had our 5 month old baby with us and it was much appreciated that there was basically no waiting around for him to locate and pull around the cars (something that was painfully slow at other dealerships). We made the decision very quickly that a specific Traverse was what we wanted, and he happily negotiated a fantastic price that we simply could not walk away from. We traded in two other Chevys in the deal, and what could have been a very complicated process turned out to be an absolute breeze. We are thrilled with the car and cannot say enough about Colonial Chevrolet, Miguel in particular. It was a great car buying experience! More

Very impressed with this dealership! I arrived on a Sunday 15 minutes before they opened to look at their on lot stock. I was politely asked from a distance whether I needed assistance by Jim who turned out to be a sales professional and the inventory manager. I let him know from the start that I was not interested in typical car sales tactics and he didn't seem to mind. I told him numbers would control so we went inside and he gave me his best offer in writing. I took it to other dealerships, none of which would even give me a solid price verbally and were obviously shady folks. In particular, the sales manager at Imperial Chevy in Mendon was the absolute worst of all - when I asked for a clear bottom line number he started on this ridiculous hypothetical about how "[if I list a house for $475k on the market and someone comes and offers me $550k for it, why would i sell it for $475k?]" ...bottom line: Imperial are clearly not the type of people a buyer wants to be dealing with in the car buying process. I got a great deal at Colonial, the first dealership I stopped at, and would absolutely recommend going to see Jim at Colonial Chevy in Acton if you are considering buying a car/truck. Never once did the numbers change or any other shady tactics - seemingly the most transparent vehicle purchase I have been a part of. Love my new Equinox! More
