My experience buying a new car went very smooth. First I was greeted by the person who worked with me and took me on a test drive. He knew about the product that was important to me. I had been searching online for several months trying to find the Tahoe model I wanted with low miles and a reasonable price. I made the 45 minute drive out to the dealership where I met Joe Pellegrini. He immediately made me feel comfortable about the whole process, answered all questions I had and showed me every option my new vehicle had.
