I stopped by another dealer to look at a Chevy Cruze and see what they had to offer and after my visit I drove over to Colonial to see if they would offer a better deal. I was offered more for my trade then the other dealer and Joe didn't play games in fact there was no need to haggle at all. Luckily, my sales person- Joe Pellegrini- and the rest of the staff, made me feel right at ease. I was not sure what kind of car to get or what I could afford and he was very patient, explaining everything from details of buying new vs used, financing questions and features of different vehicles. Ultimately, I chose to by a new Chevy Sonic and it was the best decision I have ever made. Joe was great and helped me consider the facts that I hadn't thought of. He was really listening to my needs and guided me towards making the best decision for ME, not just trying to make a buck. Tania is very helpful the sales guys are all nice- the process is still totally arcane and almost as bad as buying a house. Not this dealer's fault, banks fault and regulators fault. In my opinion, car salesmen tend to be phony and out for one thing. Tania was extremely genuine and fought hard to get me what I wanted. My experience with her was probably the best I've had with any car salesman in my 16 years of buying and selling cars. Thank you!!!! Mike in sales and Mike in management were also really good, genuine people. I didn't spend a whole lot of time with them but they along with the rest of the dealership were friendly and professional.
