This place has taken a turn for the worse ever since Garrett took over the service dept. Miscommunications, longer-than-stated appointments, they even completely forgot/didn't get to my vehicle once and Garrett took over the service dept. I HAVE BROUGHT MY FORD TO THE DEALERSHIP A FEW TIMES TO HAVE THE A/C FIXED. I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK. WHEN THYE CALLED AND SAID IT WAS ALL READY, I HAD OT WAIT 20 MINUTES TILL HAVE THE A/C FIXED. I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY AND IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.
