Service Advisor I usually have, Brianna, is great. She always calls to keep me informed of what is going on and the status of the car. There was an issue with the battery. Just an awful dealership to work with… Only interested in selling you a new vehicle. Dishonest when evaluating our F150 for repair. I would say avoid Colonial Ford, if at all possible.
