I am disappointed with the service team as of this most recent visit on 01/04/23. Prior to going in for a routine oil change I marked my tires to assure that they were rotated. Recently, my significant bro recent visit on 01/04/23. Prior to going in for a routine oil change I marked my tires to assure that they were rotated. Recently, my significant brought in his Ford transit last October for the same routine maintenance and to his knowledge, the tires were not rotated during that visit. With this suspicion we started to make note. As suspected, my tires were not rotated at my most recent appointment. I called the dealership after leaving to explain to them that they had not finished the job that I had paid them to do. I brought my truck back the next day to get the job completed. Bruce Kelly addressed the issue and was quick to get my truck in, however, he said that the tires were not rotated because the technician could not get the lug nuts off as they were "swollen". I replied, 'why didn't someone address this issue with me when I was here?' to which he said 'I'm not sure.' I am disappointed in the handling of the situation as I have always trusted Colonial Ford to do the job. Not only that, I had to take time out of my work schedule to return twice to complete what should be a simple task. I have religiously brought my truck to this dealership for routine maintenance for the last 4 years, specifically for warrantee purposes. I would be GREATLY disappointed to find out that I have now put 40,000 miles on my BFGoodrich KO2 tires which cost me $1200 and learn that they have not been consistently rotated upon my regular service appointments. I am going to consider working with another Ford dealership in the future if they cannot service my vehicle accordingly to keep it in the best condition possible, as I do diligence to do the same. Many of my family members are also long time loyal Ford customers of Colonial and I have made them aware of the experience that I had recently so they will be keeping an eye on this as well. More
