I was sent 4 reminders of appointment to replace recalled door latches Not sure how many were replaced , no information on customer copy of receipt. Just bought a pre-owned vehicle at Colonial Ford. Tom is a fabulous salesman. I had a concern about a vibration I was feeling while driving. I brought it in for evaluation. She went the extra mile to research my concerns and even copied information from online to explain what I was feeling while driving!
