I shopped around to be sure that I was getting a fair deal. I live on the lower Cape and there are numerous dealers to choose from. I visited many of them in my search for a vehicle. Colonial Ford is 75 miles away from my home! I was quite impressed with the attention and service I received at Colonial. The salesperson that met me at the door, Glenn Smith, went beyond reasonable to understand what I was looking for and to show me what the dealership had to offer, in addition to what might be available from other dealers in the region, that Colonial could procure for me. I made several trips to the dealer and found an SUV that they had in stock that met my expectations. I purchased that vehicle. The salesman, Glenn Smith was truly outstanding throughout the entire process. Not only do I have a high regard for his work ethic, sincerity and honesty, I have since recommended him to a number of my friends, some of whom already trade at Colonial.
