I have purchased four Ford Super-duty trucks over the past 17 years and I have always been extremely satisfied with the trucks but never completely satisfied with the sales process. My experience with Colonial Ford in Plymouth has been absolutely has been absolutely great from start to finish. No pressure sales and absolutely professional dealership. I highly recommend Colonial Ford in Plymouth and George Andruk to anyone looking for a vehicle. Although I was looking for a specific truck , I was impressed with their large inventory of vehicles. Also, the brand new dealership is a very comfy place to relax and wait while the professional staff does their work to get you on your way. I will say that I was impressed with everyone I encountered from start to finish , including Winston who helped us out from the very start and made a great impression of the dealership. Thank you for your honest approach to selling and for treating me with respect. I will return again when it is time for another truck. More

Absolute amazing dealership all around My previous car had issues and I brought it to colonial just to check out an unrelated issue... they found a major transmission issue and fixed it! From that point on I vowed my next car would come from that dealer. My old car was getting unreliable so I went in and left with a 2018 Ford ecosport. I test drove the truck Saturday evening, filled out all the financial paperwork on Sunday, and due to getting new plates I needed to wait until Monday to take it home. The plow had to be removed, then new plates and registration, then a sticker, then a recall needed to be completed. Winston made sure everything was done for me as soon as possible and kept me up to date on the progress via text. Very positive experience. More

When my car of ten years started to have issues I was not prepared to even think about looking/buying a car. Mike was calm and kind there was no pressure.He spent a lot of time with me showing me vehicles. Much to my surprise, I found the perfect car for me and was able to take it home that night. A Very "Pawsitive Experience"! I had not intended to purchase a new car, but an unfortunate encounter with a pick-up truck made it necessary to say good bye to my 2013 Ford Escape. I had not intended to purchase a new car, but an unfortunate encounter with a pick-up truck made it necessary to say good bye to my 2013 Ford Escape. My car was towed to the body shop at Colonial Ford Plymouth in hopes that they could fix what I thought was minimal damage. It turned out that the car was deemed a total. The guys in the body shop were helpful and sympathetic so I decided to start my search for my next car at Colonial. Truthfully, I wasn't looking forward to the experience. Then I was introduced to sales associate Julie Browers. Julie was a complete joy to work with. I gave her a pretty specific list of things I wanted and things I didn't want: 1.pre-owned Escape with low milage. 2 leather interior 3 navigation 4 no moonroof 5 not black white,gray or silver.....in other words...a unicorn. To make it more difficult, I needed it asap! Julie passed my wish list on to her used car manager and the hunt was on. To make a long story short, they found a 2019 Escape Titanium that ticked all my boxes and it was ready for me on the very day the insurance ran out on my rental car! Not only did I get the car I wanted but I got the experience I wanted. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. From Dwight and Madison up front to Greg in finance and Cassie the cashier i could not have asked for better service. That brings me to Julie....I really can't imagine ever buying a car from anyone else. In closing, my co-pilit Gadget and I give Colonial Ford of Plymouth "four paws up!" More
