When they rotated my tires they over-torqued the lug nuts, spline drive type, massively, unbeknownst to me. When a well known tire shop in the area attempted to remove the wheels to check on an imbala nuts, spline drive type, massively, unbeknownst to me. I called Colonial and asked talk to the service manager, Jon Rydings, and was told he wouldn't be in until Monday, so I used the email feature of their website to leave a message. I received a text from Molly who said she would speak to him and that he would get back to me shortly. By the end of the day, I texted Molly to let her know that I had still heard nothing. She reiterated that she had made the team aware and that someone would call me shortly. I never heard anything. Since I've only been a service customer there for 20 years, I guess I'm not even entitled to the common courtesy of a reply. More
