I brought the truck in January with battery issues. Wasn’t charging, something was drawing from the battery. Couldn’t unlock the car, use the app to start the car due to low battery and the interior l Wasn’t charging, something was drawing from the battery. I spoke with the service department when I dropped and call several times to discuss the issue. It was never addressed. The issue continued until it came to a head this October and the battery died. I looked it up and is a know. Issue with these batteries. It would have been under warranty if replaced in January. I asked then why it wasn’t but it took weeks to get my truck back and only a few small recalls were fixed. This time I was asked to come I. Again and I Said I would just take a new battery. That did resolve the problem but it seems like it could have been fixed 10 months ago and under warranty and saved me a few days of having to get jumped. Thanks More
